It’s ironic, isn’t it?
We’re taught math, science and history in school, we’re not taught how to get along with each other.
Our mission at the Tongue Fu!® Training Institute to to teach the communication and conflict prevention/resolution skills we wish we’d been taught back in school.
The good news is, the ability to get along with people is a skill that can be learned by anyone, at any age, as long as we make it a priority and put our mind to it.
Our mission is to focus on real-life situations you relate to and real-life responses you can use with coworkers, customers, family members …. just about everyone.
We don’t waste your valuable time on ivory tower theories that don’t work in the real world.
Our books and programs feature inspiring quotes, true examples and actionable suggestions you can put into practice immediately at work, at home, at school and in your community.
We are committed to providing proactive approaches that set an example of integrity.
Albert Schweitzer said, “In influencing others, example is not the main thing, it is the only thing.”
We believe that when we choose to set an example of cooperation, most people respond in kind.
When we go first and treat people courteously and with respect, they are much more likely to treat us courteously and with respect.
This circle of respect creates a “rising tide raising all involved” culture and that is our mission and goal.
